When I was a little girl, I loved going on walks through the neighborhood with my mom. Well, to be more accurate, I loved to ride in the stroller my mom pushed while she walked through the neighborhood; but I'd get out every now and then whenever I spotted a manhole. There, atop the cover, I'd do my signature dance, dubbed the "baby boogie," consisting of a bit of knee-wiggling and a lot of arm gesticulations.
Now, I'm happy to say I can fully reinstate the baby boogie without any walking, strolling, or my mom, thanks to Perpetual Kid's collection of manhole cover rugs, each a mere $23.99. These kitschy goodies bear the names of some heralded cities' sewers, Chicago, San Francisco, London, Paris, as well as a standard "Metro Sewer" design. Made entirely from recycled tires, these babies have a 2-foot diameter that makes them perfect for any doorway, kitchen, or cubicle. Check them out at www.perpetualkid.com.
